Your role

You are responsible for confirming that an item may legally be sold, that listing details are accurate, and that you own or are authorized to sell it. Review every draft before approval.

Human approval

SellZen is an assistant. It must not publish a marketplace listing without your explicit approval of the exact draft revision. Research, estimates, categories, and generated copy may be incomplete or wrong and are not guarantees of price or sale.

Marketplace terms

Your use of eBay remains governed by eBay’s agreements, policies, fees, and seller obligations. SellZen is not endorsed by or affiliated with eBay Inc.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly or annually, as selected during checkout, until cancelled. Annual billing includes the savings shown before checkout, while listing-credit allowances refresh monthly on both billing schedules. A completed listing draft uses one plan credit; retrying a failed analysis or reopening the same item does not use another credit. You may manage or cancel a paid plan through the secure billing portal, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current paid period. Contact us promptly with billing questions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Prohibited use

Do not use SellZen for stolen, counterfeit, recalled, dangerous, restricted, or unlawful goods; deceptive listings; account abuse; or actions that violate marketplace rules or another person’s rights.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis during its early release. Features may change, pause, or be disabled to protect users and marketplace accounts.
