Delete your SellZen account

Request deletion

Email help@sellzen.app from the email address used to sign in and use the subject “SellZen account deletion.” We will verify the request before deleting data.

What happens

SellZen will revoke or remove stored marketplace authorization, delete private item photos, drafts, and account-linked records that are not required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute obligations, and confirm completion. Active marketplace listings may need to be ended or transferred before deletion.

eBay-initiated deletion

If eBay tells SellZen that a connected eBay account has been deleted, SellZen processes the notification through its dedicated compliance endpoint and removes account-linked marketplace data after verifying eBay’s signature.
